Thousands of off-road motorcycles are being recalled over a braking defect that could cause serious injury or death from a crash, according to federal regulators.KTM North America Inc., of Amherst, Ohio, is recalling about 21,040 GASGAS and Husqvarna off-road motorcycles in the U.S., the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Thursday.
