UPDATE 8/13/26, 3:10 a.m. ET: A man has been arrested after being accused of urinating on a Morgan Wallen fan and his family at the country singer’s Baltimore concert last month. The Maryland Transportation Authority Police confirmed to Us on Thursday, August 13, that Jayson Reed, 33, has been charged with four counts of second-degree assault, public urination and other offenses. Reed was arrested in North Carolina and is pending extradition to Maryland.
