A man formerly on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list has been returned to Philadelphia following his arrest in connection with the rape and murder of a 5-year-old girl in 2000, according to authorities. Alexis Flores, 51, was wanted for the killing of Iriana DeJesus when he was apprehended in Honduras in February after several years on the run, WTFX-TV reported.
