MIAMI (TCD) -- A 56-year-old El Paso, Texas, man was arrested for allegedly stalking music superstar Shakira outside her Miami Beach home and making claims that they were a married couple. Miami-Dade County Corrections and Rehabilitation records show the suspect, Daniel Valtier, was booked on charges of stalking and hiring a vehicle with intent to defraud.
