LAPORTE, Ind. (TCD) -- A judge sentenced a 27-year-old mother to over four decades in prison for playing a role in her 4-year-old son's torture and abuse-related death. The Times of Northwest Indiana reports Mary Yoder was ordered to spend 42 years behind bars after she pleaded guilty over the summer to neglect of a dependent resulting in death for the death of her son, Judah Morgan, and domestic battery of a different child in the home.
