GRAYSON, Ga. (TCD) -- Police recently released the identity of an 18-year-old mother who was found shot to death at a house party last month. According to the Gwinnett County Police Department, on Dec. 29 shortly after 1 a.m., officers responded to a home on Chance Lane to a report of a person shot and "discovered what appeared to be a house party."
