Governor Kay Ivey has appointed Andalusia attorney Grace Jeter to serve as Circuit Judge for Covington County. Jeter will be succeeding former 22nd Judicial Circuit Judge Ben Bowden, who was appointed to the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals in May. The appointment is effective immediately.
