PORTLAND, Ore. (TCD) -- A woman will spend a maximum of 10 years in a state-run psychiatric facility after she was found guilty of pushing a 3-year-old girl onto train tracks.
The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday, Jan. 31, that 33-year-old Brianna Workman was found guilty except for insanity on charges of first-degree attempted assault, third-degree assault, interfering with public transportation, disorderly conduct, and recklessly endangering another person.
