Dale Strong led the way among elected officials in the state who endorsed then-candidate Donald Trump for president seven years ago. The former Commander in Chief returned the favor Wednesday.
The former president endorsed Strong in his re-election bid for Congress in Alabama’s Fifth Congressional District. Strong was the first north Alabama leader to endorse President Trump during the 2016 Presidential Primary and hosted him for a massive rally at Madison City Stadium.
