Top Alabama officials join legal battle to secure Trump’s place on 2024 state ballots

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall and Secretary of State Wes Allen have joined the fight in a growing list of officials around the country who believe the Colorado Supreme Court violated the Constitution in barring former President Donald Trump from appearing on their official state ballot last month.  Attorney General Marshall submitted an amicus brief in the Trump v.
