Rep. Carl: NDAA is a win for Alabama and the United States

Congress’s most important responsibility is providing our men and women in uniform the equipment and training they need to protect us every day. The Fiscal Year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act does just that. The FY24 NDAA authorizes a total of $886.3 billion in spending for the Department of Defense and includes $316.6 million in construction funds for our military bases in Alabama.
