RENO, Nev. (TCD) -- A 17-year-old is facing murder charges for allegedly shooting and killing two family members because she "couldn’t control the urge to kill somebody." According to KRNV-TV, on Friday, Feb. 9, at around 4 p.m., Reno Police Department officers were dispatched to a residence on Silver Sky Parkway after a neighbor called to report hearing gunshots.
