HALIFAX COUNTY, N.C. (TCD) -- A 22-year-old woman is in custody after allegedly killing her young sibling in their home this week. On the night of Tuesday, Jan. 16, the Halifax County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a missing 10-year-old child at a residence in the 2000 block of Beaverdam Road outside of Enfield, North Carolina.
