Mountain Brook adds Alabama Veterans Memorial Park to park system

The City of Mountain Brook added the Alabama Veterans Memorial Park to its park system today. The official ceremony took place at the Mountain Brook City Hall. The Alabama Veterans Memorial Park has long been a cherished grassroots project dedicated to honoring all Alabama veterans, city leaders say. The park officially opened in 2001 and has since served as a place of remembrance and reflection for the state of Alabama.
