NORTH MIAMI, Fla. (TCD) -- A 3-year-old boy and his twin sister were found dead in the back seat of a car moments before their mother jumped from a freeway on-ramp onto train tracks below. According to WSVN-TV, on Friday, Feb. 2, at approximately 2 a.m., a passerby contacted the Miami-Dade Police Department to say there was an unresponsive juvenile in a vehicle near the on-ramp connecting Interstate 95 to the Florida Turnpike.
