CINCINNATI (TCD) -- Police arrested a 23-year-old mother after her 4-year-old child was reportedly found driving a car with a toddler as a passenger. WXIX-TV reports on the evening of Feb. 11, Cincinnati Police officers were called to a domestic incident on Winton Road and discovered a 4-year-old at the wheel of a Honda Accord with a 2-year-old child also inside the vehicle.
