Man wanted for disguising himself as doctor to steal woman's wallet at Walmart arrested, police say

A man wanted for disguising himself as a doctor and following an older woman around a South Carolina Walmart to steal her wallet has been arrested, according to the Lt. Thomas Aiken with the Travelers Rest Police Department.
