Joseph Summers, William Bailey join forces at Minerva Defense

One of Huntsville’s very own, Minerva Defense Inc., announced the addition of Joseph Summers to the executive leadership team. Mr. Summers will serve as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Summers joins William “Bill” Bailey III as a founder of the company. Summers has 27 years of experience in government and defense contracting industry. Upon returning to Alabama after spending 10 years working for Senator Jeff Sessions, Congressman Bob Riley and Senator Richard Shelby in military legislative roles, Summers has held senior executive positions in business development, strategy, and marke
