On Wednesday, the Jefferson County Republican Party announced a straw poll is taking place in Gardendale on January 20 for the 2024 U.S. presidential election GOP primary.
“Jefferson County GOP Executive Committee will be holding a Presidential GOP Straw Poll Saturday January 20, 2024, from 9:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.” the county party said. The event will be held at the Gardendale Civic Center, with an admission cost of 15 dollars, which includes breakfast along with a ballot.
State and local GOP candidates who will appear on the March 5, 2024 primary ballot alongside the presidential contenders
