BERWYN, Ill. (TCD) -- A 46-year-old woman is in custody on suspicion of kidnapping a 36-year-old car salesman and fatally shooting him in February. Chicago Police allege Rosie Chavez fatally shot a 35-year-old man, identified by the Chicago Sun-Times as Crisoforo Osorio-Gonzalez, on Feb. 10 in the 3600 block of West 26th Street. Police reportedly found the victim dead on Feb. 13 in a Little Village alley.
