Hurricane Beryl razes southeast Caribbean as a record-breaking Category 4 storm

Hurricane Beryl made landfall Monday in the Caribbean island of Carriacou after becoming the earliest storm of that strength to form in the Atlantic, fueled by record-warm waters.
