Houston woman allegedly fatally strangled missing teen girlfriend during fight about STD

HOUSTON (TCD) -- Police arrested a woman this week on suspicion of strangling her teen girlfriend to death and dumping her body near a bayou. The Houston Police Department said Harris County deputies, patrol officers, and investigators found a female body, later identified as 18-year-old Tierra Horn, at 1900 Nance St. on Friday, Jan. 5, at around 5:40 p.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene. KRIV-TV reports an autopsy showed Horn died due to compression to the neck. Horn's family reportedly hadn't seen or heard from her since Jan. 2, and they reported her missing on J
