Hoover seeks approval for state-of-the-art medical facility

The City of Hoover and the Hoover Health Care Authority (HCA) announced late last week that the HCA has filed a Certificate of Need application with the State Health Planning and Development Agency (SHPDA) for an Ambulatory Surgical Center and Diagnostic Facility.
