HARTLY, Del. (TCD) -- State police recently arrested a 24-year-old former child care worker on suspicion of physically abusing six infants late last year. According to a news release from Delaware State Police, on Dec. 6, 2023, Hartly Learning Academy staff alerted officials of possible abuse to a child by a former employee, Kayla Manuszak. State police allege Manuszak had physically abused at least six infants under her care from Nov. 30, 2023, through Dec. 4, 2023.
