Charges against Trump, Jan. 6 rioters at stake as SCOTUS hears debate over obstruction law

The Supreme Court is taking up a case that could affect the criminal prosecution of Donald Trump for his role on Jan. 6, 2020. Hundreds of charges stemming from the Capitol riot also are at stake.
