CD2 voters report favorability of elected officials, outlook on GOP candidates

New polling provided insight into how voters in Alabama’s newly-drawn 2nd Congressional District are feeling about the candidates they’ll choose from when they vote in the Republican primary on March 5, 2024 – as well as their current elected officials.  The survey, commissioned by FarmPAC and conducted by top research firm McLaughlin & Associates, logged an overwhelming disapproval of President Joe Biden (89.7%) and a skyhigh approval of the job Donald Trump did as president (79%).  Here’s how voters reported their favorability of Alabama’s leaders: Kay Ivey Favorable – 75% Unfavorable –
