Alabama’s federal redistricting case moved forward Monday with the delivery of three proposed remedial maps drawn by a Federal special master.  BREAKING: The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected the State of Alabama’s appeal to reinstate its maps, adding total gravity to the special master maps in reference as of today. This will be updated. The court appointed Montgomery attorney Richard Allen to create the maps after disregarding the map authorized by the Alabama Legislature in July.  The three maps handed down Monday by the special master accompanied racial breakdown reports of each proposed dis
