CASTROVILLE, Calif. (TCD) -- A 38-year-old man will spend five years in state prison for sex trafficking his underage family member for thousands of dollars. Monterey County District Attorney Jeannine Pacioni announced that on March 20, a judge handed down the sentence against Obdulio Aparicio after he was convicted of one count of human trafficking of a minor for commercial sex purposes, one count of child abuse, and one count of misdemeanor domestic violence.
