API report warns that gambling, state lotto legalization comes with downsides

A new report by the Alabama Policy Institute (API) suggests that a gambling expansion would have negative repercussions. API commissioned Dr. John Hill to prepare an in-depth report on gambling and the effects of expanding legalized gambling in the state. His twenty-page report detailed the potential pitfalls that come with the expansion of legalized gambling in the state.
