TEXAS COUNTY, Okla. (TCD) -- The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is investigating the “suspicious disappearance” of two women whose car was found abandoned in a rural area. On March 30, the Texas County Sheriff’s Department put out an endangered missing advisory on behalf of 27-year-old Veronica Butler and 39-year-old Jillian Kelley, who they considered to be "at-risk."
