CONROE, Texas (TCD) -- A 17-year-old male turned himself in after allegedly shooting his parents this week while his other siblings were home. On Feb. 7, at approximately 9:20 p.m., deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an assault with a firearm in the 9000 block of Waller Street.
