DENVER (TCD) -- Police have arrested a 13-year-old boy on suspicion of fatally shooting a 60-year-old grandfather inside a bus late last month. On Saturday, Jan. 27, at approximately 6:41 p.m., officers with the Denver Police Department responded to the area of South Federal Boulevard and West Mississippi Avenue to a report of a shooting on a bus.
