Mingus, 25, was arrested on Saturday, August 23, and pleaded not guilty to one count of reckless physical injury, one count of aggravated harassment and one count of second-degree harassment, per TMZ. The following day, Mingus raised eyebrows when he walked outside his NYC apartment and said, “You want to watch me kill myself?” according to The New York Post.
