Steelers QB3 Howard hurts hand, to be evaluated

Steelers rookie quarterback Will Howard, who was expected to play significant snaps in Saturday's preseason opener against the Jaguars. injured his throwing hand in practice Tuesday and will need to be further evaluated, coach Mike Tomlin said.
