St Thomas Is Getting a New Floating Taco Bar 

It began with a childhood dream, and turned into one of the most popular places in the US Virgin Islands: Lime Out, the beloved floating taco bar in St John.  And now the concept is expanding, with the new Lime Out St Thomas set to open its doors in the middle of next month, Caribbean Journal has learned.  It’s the second iteration of the Lime Out concept. That means you can head to Lindbergh, swim, paddle or sail to the bar and savor one a true only-in-the-Caribbean experience, replete with floating tables in the sea.  The St Thomas edition will be set on one of our favorite beach
