In the season 7 premiere, which aired on Thursday, October 23, Rob, 38, was seen at a celebration in their past family home, with Khloé Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian praising their younger brother’s cameo. “I know everyone is hoping that Rob comes back to the show.
