The actress, 49, was spotted making out with Haarmann, 57, in Saint-Tropez on Sunday, July 13. In one snap, Witherspoon was photographed hugging her boyfriend in a white one-piece bathing suit, while Haarmann kissed her on the head, according to photos obtained by People. Haarmann, meanwhile, wore striped swim trunks for the trip to the Southern Coast of France. Witherspoon was later seen kissing Haarmann after snorkeling in the ocean. The pair shared a sweet
