Rangers 2B Semien on IL for 2nd time of career

Fading out of the postseason picture, the Texas Rangers placed second baseman Marcus Semien on the 10-day injured list Saturday for just the second time in his 13-year career with a left foot contusion, and also activated right fielder Adolis Garcia.
