Puerto Rico’s New Four Seasons Resort Is Now Taking Bookings for This Fall

The Caribbean’s next big luxury opening is on the horizon — and travelers can now lock in their stays. The new Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Puerto Rico is officially accepting reservations ahead of its debut at Bahia Beach on Nov. 20, 2025. This 139-room resort, which also includes 85 private residences, marks Four Seasons’ first hotel in Puerto Rico. It represents the next chapter for Bahia Beach, which originally opened as a St. Regis in 2010 before being acquired by Paulson & Co. The rebranding under Four Seasons comes with a full renovation and a fresh design direction
