Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton stepped out for a rare public appearance with their three children. William and Kate, both 43, were pictured driving Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7, to a Sunday, August 24, church service near the grounds of Balmoral Castle in Scotland.
