Panthers cut Renfrow, stalling WR's comeback

Veteran wide receiver Hunter Renfrow, 29, a 2021 Pro Bowl selection and two-time national champion with the Clemson Tigers, was released by the Carolina Panthers on Tuesday, as the club made final cuts in preparation for the regular-season opener.
