Ozzy Osbourne's Death Certificate Lists His Job Title as 'Rock Legend'

Ozzy Osbourne’s legendary impact on rock music was acknowledged even in his job title on his death certificate. According to PageSix, the official death certificate for the self-proclaimed “Prince of Darkness” listed his profession as “songwriter, performer and rock legend.” It was previously reported that Osbourne’s official cause of death was ruled to be a combination of cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease two weeks after his death at 76 on July 22. There’s no question that “rock legend” was a fitting description for Ozzy, as he was in
