Marlins name Kapler GM amid front office moves

The Miami Marlins have promoted Gabe Kapler to GM -- the club's sixth GM. Frankie Piliere was also promoted to VP of amateur forecasting and player evaluation and Vinesh Kanthan moved to senior director of baseball operations.
