Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, finally unloaded their West Hollywood condo after slashing the price on the property, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
According to real estate records, the Vanderpump Rules star, 64, sold the two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 955-square-foot property on May 5. The sales price is listed as $685,000.
Vanderpump and Todd listed the home for sale on July 26, 2024, with the asking price of $799,000.
The couple reduced the price to $750,000 in September 2024, and then down to $725,000 in October 2024.
