UPDATE — 8/21/25, 5:59 p.m. ET: A judge has made a decision on Denise Richards’ petition to remove Aaron Phypers and his family from their shared home.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, August 21, Judge Nicole Bershon stated that the previous temporary restraining order did not include a move-out order nor was one requested. The judge ruled that Richards and Phypers may return to the property with law enforcement to retrieve their personal items and pets.
