James Solomon advances to run-off mayoral race in New Jersey's second-largest city

Jersey City Council member James Solomon advanced to a run-off mayoral race slated for later this year, the Associated Press reported. The run-off election will be held on Dec. 2 after no candidate won the majority of the vote on Tuesday.
