Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc Is Bringing Culinary Pop-Ups to the Caribbean

This winter, two of the Caribbean’s most celebrated resorts will host a taste of the French Riviera. Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, the legendary Côte d’Azur retreat, is launching a pair of limited-time culinary pop-ups at Eden Rock – St Barthsand Jumby Bay Island in Antigua, blending Mediterranean artistry with Caribbean flair. From Nov. 18–21, 2025, Eden Rock – St Barths will welcome Pastry Chef Tarek Ahamada for a four-day pâtisserie residency.
