Chiefs WR Rice practices, to play vs. Raiders

Rashee Rice, the Chiefs' No. 1 receiver, participated in his first practice since finishing his six-game suspension for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy. Before practice, Andy Reid said Rice will make his season debut Sunday vs. the Raiders.
