Big Brother couple Nicole Franzel and Victor Arroyo are preparing to welcome their second child. Franzel, 33, took to Instagram on Sunday, August 24, to reveal that she is pregnant. Sharing a carousel of adorable snaps that captured Arroyo, 34, and the pair’s son, Arrow, 4, cuddling up to one another on a picnic rug, the reality TV alum detailed her happy news in the caption. “We are PREGNANT !! Praise Jesus!! A HUGE thank you to those who have been praying alongside us for this miracle,” Franzel, who appeared on 2014’s Big Brother season 16 and went on to win season 18 in 2016, wrote. “3 year
