Bella Thorne is returning the gesture by proposing to fiancé Mark Emms after he initially popped the question. In a Saturday, August 16, Instagram video, Thorne, 27, dropped down to one knee in front of Emms as the couple were inside a home. Emms crouched down beside Thorne as she opened a box and his jaw dropped. In another photo, Emms posed for the camera with his mouth wide open and hands in the air as red heart shaped balloons floated below the ceiling.
